Thank you for choosing HAIRBYBRE’NAE! I am a Memphis-based hairstylist specializing in healthy hair care and protective styling! I work with clients to achieve the best “Pretty X Pretty” look they desire, while insuring they feel extra “Pretty X Pretty”! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! When booking an appointment, you agree to the following…. A non-refundable deposit, that ranges from $21- $31 is required each time you book. The $1 is for the convenience fee and the rest will go towards your services. No extras and no children due to limited seating. This is YOUR TIME, you deserve relaxation your entire appointment time. Please remember “other” clients when it comes to TIME. There is a 10 minute grace period, afterwards there is a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes, you forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be canceled. You will have to book another appointment for another day with a new deposit. Also, communication is key, remember it is your responsibility to contact me to let me know if you’ll be running late because I will assume you are not coming after 15 minutes. If you need to cancel, please inform me within 24 hours. After 2 No call No shows, you can No longer book. Remember what you book is what you’ll get. So please book the service you want carefully. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. HairByBre’nae has a 5% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify HairByBre’nae at hairbybrenae@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
